• The welcome bonus is available to new users only and can be claimed once per account.

• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being terminated.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Krikriya platform. Violations may result in immediate account closure, balance forfeiture, and potential legal action.

• Account hacking, phishing, or any other fraudulent activity.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Placing bets using software bots or automated tools.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Attempting to introduce malware or viruses into Krikriya's systems or software.
• Participating in match fixing or sports manipulation.

Krikriya reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons.

• Violation of the Terms and Conditions.
• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• Involvement in any fraudulent activity.
• If KYC verification fails.
• Extended inactivity on the account (more than 12 months).

Users may also request account closure at any time through support. A self-exclusion option is available as part of responsible betting.
